More #VintageRC #RacingMemories from the AYK brand of the 80s! In addition to the on-road cars, AYK made several off-road buggy kits, seemingly doing well enough on the buggies to drop the on-road racers after 1982.
The line-up of notable AYK off-road models includes the 566 B Super Trail, Sidewinder, Buffalo, Bobcat, Viper, Boxer and the chain-driven, 4WD Radiant in 1987. Unfortunately the death of the owner meant the company lost its direction and faded into obscurity - but not until after the release of the Pro Radiant, seen here.
